Sensitivity and specificity of threshold tracking transcranial magnetic stimulation for diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: a prospective study. Lancet Neurology 2015;14:478-484. The early diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and its atypical phenotypes may be particularly challenging. -
