The European Association of Nuclear Medicine, the world leading organization in molecular and hybrid imaging, will be hosting the multidisciplinary invitational conference EANM Focus 2 Meeting: “Molecular Imaging of Dementia – The Future is Here” in Cannes, France on January 31-February 2, 2019.
The aim of the meeting is to provide an in-depth overview and critical assessment of the latest development and future directions in the management of dementia, with a focus on the role of neuroimaging in general and nuclear medicine in particular. The goal is to arrive at a multidisciplinary consensus on the current state of the art and to make expert recommendations how to advance the field towards establishing clinical impact.
As a deliverable of EANM Focus Meeting 2, EANM will produce a report capturing the content of the conference and will be seeking publication of a condensed version in a high-ranking scientific journal, additionally, a series of webinars derived from the recordings of the lectures.
