The European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) organises a Regulatory Workshop which is called “Navigating Safely Through the Regulatory Triangle”. This workshop will explore the interface between the Clinical Trial Regulation, expected to be applicable in 2016, and the In vitro Diagnostics and Data Protection regulations now being discussed by the EU Parliament and Council, and how these three regulations will influence cancer research practice.
