After almost two years of planning and three digital events, the first ever, in-person Brain Innovation Days, led by the European Brain Council, took place on 12-13 October 2021 in Brussels, Belgium.

The Stroke Research Center Bern is conducting a survey on covert brain infarction, to gather information on current practice and attitudes towards covert brain infarctions from medical practitioners who encounter them in their daily work.

Following the cancellation of last year's 12th Board Examination due to Covid-19, we held our 13th Examination online for the very first time.

On 21 June 2021, the virtual general assembly of the EAN’s Resident and Research Fellow Section (RRFS) took place during the 7th annual congress. The assembly received broad participation from RRFS members who were interested in gaining insight into the annual report as well as the new Treasurer elections.
