This month a tweet directed me to a very interesting report on Epigenetics by Eric J. Nestler, MD, PhD, from the Fishberg Department of Neuroscience and Friedman Brain Institute, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Epigenetics for Neuroscientists is like honey for bees. It is such a big thing that it could explain almost everything. It is like a cytoskeleton on which scientists could finally lie down all sorts of scientific theories, from behavioural to pathophysiological ones. And as for all the new big discoveries, we need to study to get sharp and ready in order not to get for gold all that shines.
In this report, which we would like to share with the Neuropenews readers, published on the Dana Foundation website, Dr. Nestler describes for us what this relatively new field is all about.
