It is an extensive programme has been developed to give participants enough time for self-development and reflection, learning and applying new skills and gaining valuable knowledge from leadership experts and leaders in neurology. The lectures will cover topic areas such as conflict management, communication skills, giving feedback, team management and motivation, and a lot more.
If you wish to become or develop further as a leader in neurology, this is your chance to grow. All applicants who have basic experience in leading a team or organisation, but also experienced leaders who want to refresh their leadership skills, are eligible to apply for the programme.
What to expect:
- 3 onsite workshops prior to the EAN Congresses
- 10 online modules, including key notes, workshop activities, discussions, and Q&As
- 10 self-organised peer group meetings
To give all who are interested some insight into the experience of participating in the programme, Prof. Matilde Leonardi (Chair EAN Communication Committee) has interviewed Dr Raphael Wurm (currently taking part in the programme). Find out more about Raphael’s experience, how the programme works and who it is good for, helpful topics and tools, how to apply the new knowledge in daily work, and the diversity of the group.
