The 32nd European Congress of Psychiatry, EPA 2024 (#EPA2024) will take place on 6-9 April 2024 in Budapest, Hungary, under the motto ‘Mental Health: Open and Inclusive’. The Congress will bring together expert clinical psychiatrists, researchers and key opinion leaders who will discuss hot topics and the latest advances in the field of mental health.
During the congress, a Joint Session between the EPA and EAN on ‘Neurology and Psychiatry – two sides of the same coin and waking up to opportunities of sleep’ is scheduled for Monday, 8 April 2024 at 08:00-09:30. The EAN and EPA signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2020 and they continue to cooperate closely on various activities. The joint session at the upcoming EPA Congress will be co-chaired by Geert Dom (Belgium), EPA President, and Elena Moro (France), EAN President Elect. It will include lectures from Paul Boon (Belgium), EAN President, Geert Dom, as well as Claudio Bassetti (Switzerland), EAN Past President, and Tiina Paunio (Finland).
