Mentorship Workshop at EAN 2023
Career development session during EAN 2023 in Budapest
Monday, 3 July, 8:30-10:00 in Room HoC
We would like to invite all neurologists with the desire to learn more about what is really meant by ‘mentorship’ to come to this very informative workshop. Two members of the EAN Mentorship Task Force will guide you through this highly interactive workshop and participants will:
- learn the difference between mentoring and tutoring
- hear views on first-hand experiences by mentors and mentees of the programme
- be able to actively participate in the panel discussion
As an introduction, you can also browse the Mentorship webcast and learn about the different areas of this programme.
Since the launch of the programme in 2021, we have been able to match 53 pairs of mentors and mentees who have started to work on their roadmap together – some have already finished their one-year relationship, some have decided to extend the programme by another year.
This workshop is open to all interested participants who wish to learn more about this programme and even make first contact with possible mentors and mentees.
