Whether you were a registered participant at EAN 2022 or not, you can now watch the entire Opening Session from the 8th Annual Congress of the European Academy of Neurology, which originally took place on Saturday, 25 June, 2022 on the EAN Vimeo channel.
The full session begins with words of welcome and a presentation of the EAN’s recent endeavours and current direction from then-EAN President, Prof. Claudio Bassetti, followed by an overview of activities of the EAN Residents and Research Fellows section, by Chair, Dr. Luca Cuffaro. The centrepiece of the session is the fascinating Opening Lecture from Baroness Susan Greenfield, titled ‘Where Neuroscience meets neurology: blowing, expanding, and losing the mind’.
