With the 8th Annual Congress of the EAN just three months away, now is the time to give you a gentle push in the direction of all our current registration offers.
For the first time since 2019, we are delighted to be offering a face-to-face meeting, but we are also continuing with the high-quality virtual platform we perfected over the last two years, giving everyone a chance to take part. And we have done our best to match that flexibility in terms of registration. If you have not yet registered, here are three important points to note:
1. Early Fee Discount
This one is very simple: if you register for the congress by April 27, you will qualify for the reduced early fee. The biggest saving available is for EAN Student Members, who pay 25% less than the regular fee!
2. Free virtual participation for EAN individual members
That’s right, the virtual platform is accessible free-of-charge for all EAN individual members. This means full and corresponding members, Resident and Research Members, Student Members and Fellows of EAN. If you are not already an EAN member, then head this way.
3. No-risk registration fee
We all know there is a chance that circumstances could still prevent a face-to-face congress. That is why we are offering a no-risk registration fee for anyone who wants to attend in person. If you pay for full onsite participation and the congress is later changed to a purely online event, we will automatically convert your registration to ‘virtual interactive’ and refund the difference*.
