The EAN is delighted to announce the launch of the third cohort of our dedicated guideline education programme – CoCoCare (Cost-Conscious Healthcare) 2025.
As the 2024 participants near completion of their training, they are preparing to graduate and showcase their work at the EAN Congress 2025 in Helsinki.
CoCoCare is designed to equip 25 neurology residents and early career neurologists with the skills to develop and implement high-quality, evidence-based guidelines. The ultimate goal is to integrate these trained professionals into EAN’s guideline development efforts.
This one year-long programme follows a comprehensive learning approach, combining e-learning, plenary discussions, workshops, self-study, and hands-on training. It begins with an e-Learning phase followed by a kick-off Workshop at the 2025 EAN Congress and concludes with a presentation and graduation ceremony at the 2026 EAN Congress.
Clinical practice guidelines are an essential resource for the neurological community, and their development remains a key priority for the EAN. To ensure the sustainable creation of high-quality guidelines, the EAN Guideline Production Group is committed to supporting members of the EAN Resident and Research Fellow Section (RRFS) in expanding their expertise in guideline development.
Applications will be accepted from 10 February to 26 March 2025.
