We are happy to announce that the new study programme dedicated to brain health, created and conducted by the University of Bern, attracted interest from participants from all over the world.
The CAS in Brain Health is not just an educational programme; it is a step towards a global initiative to improve public health outcomes by focusing on the prevention and management of brain disorders. It represents a significant advancement in medical education, aligning with current global health strategies, the Brain Health Mission, and the needs of an aging population.
As previously reported, the programme will offer four modules which aim to improve the knowledge and skills required to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients across the globe.
- Introduction to Brain Health
- Brain Disorders and their Risk Factors
- Brain Health Interventions
- Brain Health Implementation
Module 1 will kick off on 8 January 2025, with the live talk on ‘What is Brain Health?’ by Prof. Claudio Bassetti from Bern, Switzerland.
