New Resources for Mentees and Mentors
We are introducing 3 new and 2 updated resources.
New:
- A Mentorship Roadmap for Mentees: this document contains important information, a timeline for the one-year programme including information on training opportunities as well as tips to prepare for a successful mentorship relationship.
- A Mentorship Roadmap for Mentors: similar to the Roadmap for Mentees, this document provides mentors with information, a timeline and tips for successful mentoring.
- Mentorship Programme Meeting Tracker: the meeting tracker is a tool to help mentees to structure their mentorship year. It includes concrete suggestions and ideas for the first and last meetings as well as five meetings in between. It can be used and customised as desired.

- Top 10 Mentee Application Questions: this document helps mentees prepare for their application for the EAN Mentorship Programme.
- Top 10 Questions for Mentors: whether used before applying as a mentor or when already matched, this document contains valuable questions to help mentors prepare for their mentoring relationship.
Welcome Webinars on Zoom
Another new addition to our programme is the introduction of welcome webinars on Zoom, which will be held at the beginning of each new mentorship year in mid-November. The two separate webinars – one for mentees and one for mentors – aim to give a short overview of the programme, provide a platform for questions, and allow all current mentors and mentees to get to know each other, thereby fostering a strong network.
Free Congress Registration for Mentees
Starting in 2024, we are thrilled to offer an exciting new benefit: each matched mentee will be entitled to free registration for the EAN congress in the year of their matching. This is a fantastic opportunity for mentees to enhance their learning experience, gain exposure to the latest industry developments and network with other professionals in their field.
