THCS (transforming health and care systems) has launched its second Joint Transnational Call for proposals aiming to support the implementation of innovative person-centred health and care models addressing prevention strategies, with the key help of existing IT and digital technologies and services.
More than 30 funding agencies are participating, with an indicative budget of more than €34 million.
Entities considered eligible to receive funding for this call include research institutes, health care organisations, as well as universities and other higher education establishments.
The scope of the call is as follows:
- To support the implementation of innovative person-centered health and care models addressing prevention strategies, with the key help of existing IT and digital technologies and services, as well as existing and emerging data.
- Actions on primary prevention will not be in the scope of this call.
- Actions to build up, implement and upscale organizational models, supported by the integration of existing IT and digital technologies, and novel data sources
Timeline:
- 16 April, 14:00 CEST – Deadline Intent to apply (ItA)
- 14 May 14:00 CEST – Deadline for project proposal submissions
- 19-26 August – Rebuttal stage
- October – Results communicated.
- December 2023 to May 2024 – Expected project start
