Pathophysiology of Neurological Disorders 2.0
The EAN Science School is dedicated to early career neurologists who are interested or already involved in translational research, offering an opportunity to understand or learn more about basic pathomechanisms of neurological disorders and to improve and develop treatments in the future.
It is intended to highlight basic disease mechanisms, important research tools and emerging technologies which are paradigmatic in clinical neuroscience and may also inspire common research approaches between different subspecialties of neurology.
“The Science School schedule provided an exciting and participative learning method for 3 days. Each lecture and workshop took a different perspective, and they were useful to broaden the view of medicine for the concept of translational medicine. These approaches helped the speakers and the participants to discuss closely, and we were able to envision what is needed to develop a successful scientific career.” – (Andrade, Schreier, Barea-Moya, & Faustino, 2022)
