It’s an EAN election year! The call is now open for the nomination of candidates for the EAN Board Election 2022.
The Board is the driving force behind the EAN, composed of experienced individuals who are dedicated to developing the EAN in pursuit of its mission to reduce the burden of neurological diseases.
Every two years new board members are elected to ensure fresh perspectives are introduced to the top level of the EAN structure. The next such elections will be held during the EAN Congress 2022, to fill the following positions:
- President Elect
- Secretary General
- Treasurer
- Chair Scientific Committee
- Chair Communication Committee
A secret ballot, to be undertaken by the Assembly of Delegates at EAN 2022, will decide the personnel who fill these roles and determine the EAN’s path for the coming years. Through their various functions our board members play key parts in making EAN the home of neurology for all neurologists and reaching EAN’s goal of achieving high standards of care for all neurology patients.
