The European Association of Young Neurologists and Trainees (www.eaynt.org) is an independent Brussels-based organization founded in 1999. The main objectives of the organization are to improve clinical training, provide access to exchange programmes and career opportunities for European junior neurologists. Promoting friendships among colleagues from different countries and supporting the understanding of different cultural approaches toward neurology are fundamental ideas of the EAYNT.
Office members and supports of the organization have planned a wide range of activities in 2013. These exciting educational and scientific opportunities as well as get-together events are summarized in a recent article published in the EFNS Forum of the European Journal of Neurology.
